My Approach
​
My approach is to provide a reflective space for you to explore, test and develop your leadership skills in a safe, supportive and structured environment. I am outcome-focused and will be led by your specific needs while also taking into account the demands of your role and the expectations of your organisation.

My own senior executive experience across several sectors together with my psycho-dynamic training mean I am realistic about the demands and complexities of senior roles, and the need for tangible results, while not neglecting the challenging emotional demands of effective leadership.
​
I have direct experience of working in a wide range of high-pressure environments, both corporate and in the NGO/public sector. I understand that you and your organisation will be looking for real, measurable progress. At the same time, I am skilled at looking below the surface and can help you access some of the subconscious motivations and limitations inherent in your thinking, your role and your organisation.

Practicalities
​
Most of my clients work with me for between six and eight sessions, over a period of around six months. Each session lasts up to 1.5 hours, and can take place at my consulting rooms in Clerkenwell, at your place of work, or over the phone / online.

​
I have recent experience of working with leaders in the charitable and NGO sector, in Higher Education, in Communications and PR, the legal sector and performance sports. I am also working with clients who are transitioning out of executive roles.

Cost
​
Executive coaching can be more affordable than you think. I charge by the hour (or set of hours) and can help you find funding sources in your organisation. I also offer reduced rates for public/NGO clients, and for private clients.

Accreditation
​
I am accredited to Senior Practitioner level by the
the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and I adhere to its Code of Ethics in all my work.
