Ethical Outcomes*
What does it mean to be a values-based leader? How do organisations express their values in authentic and commercially effective ways? What do you do when your personal and professional values are in conflict?
Based on my own executive and non-executive experience, I specialise in helping my clients find answers to these types of questions. In practice that means that I provide support around leadership and good governance on three levels:
-
To individuals, through executive coaching informed by a psycho-
dynamic framework.
-
To senior leadership groups, through team coaching and leadership
seminars.
-
To organisations, as an external consultant and as a non-executive
director

I work with clients from across the public, private and charitable sectors. I also work through organisations focused on leadership development, such as The Aspen Institute, Chatham House and The Royal Academy / Maastricht University.
